who we are in the dark is an exciting live music and dance production that’s coming to Hamilton on March 6th through McMaster’s The Socrates Project. This show is a special collaboration between acclaimed Canadian dance artist, Peggy Baker (and the Dance Projects) and Arcade Fire’s Jeremy Gara and Sarah Neufeld.
This creative production fuses dance, live indie rock and edgy visual art to bring something unique and inspiring to audiences across Canada. “We are excited to bring this powerful new work to Hamilton,” says Socrates Project director Rina Fraticelli. “Peggy Baker is one of the most influential artists of our time, and who we are in the dark is an unforgettable creation. At once intimate and immense, it speaks to our humanity, our vulnerability, and the power of art and connection.”
