Event Details

Join the newly formed Hamilton Independent Theatre Collective for an introduction and showcase: who we are, what we’re doing, and why.

HITC is made up of Broken Soil Theatre, Same Boat Theatre, Suffix Theatre, and Tottering Biped Theatre. Join us on June 5, 2018, as part of Hamilton Arts Council’s Hamilton Arts Week, at The Staircase Main Stage. Free to attend.

Broken Soil Theatre is an award-winning company based out of Hamilton with a mission to create socially, and artistically, progressive new work that speaks to an emerging generation of theatre-goers.
Same Boat Theatre is a Hamilton based theatre company dedicated to telling authentic and provocative stories onstage that both challenge the heart and confront the minds of our audiences.
Tottering Biped Theatre (TBT) was founded as a social justice inspired theatre company that devisea contemporary pieces through a workshop process spanning several years to create highly physical works of artistic excellence.
Suffix Theatre produces lesser-known contemporary works in an attempt to expand the breadth of artistic experiences available to Hamilton audiences. Our objective is to continue the tradition of a culturally rich Hamilton and update that legacy with high quality, professional work that is relevant and speaks to who we are now- Same roots. New meaning.

Suffix is helmed by Alma Sarai, Claudia Spadafora, Jesse Horvath and Zach Parsons.
